Returns & Exchanges

    •    Request Process: Email us at returns@saltykidzpr.com to initiate a return or exchange.

    •    Shipping Orders: Eligible for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

    •     Pickup: Eligible for store credit within 7 days of pickup.

    •    Condition of Returned Items: Must be new, unworn, unaltered, and with tags.

    •    Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

    •    Refund Method: Store credit only; no cash refunds.

    •    Right to Deny: We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable returns or exchanges.
